Venturing Officers Association Bylaw Generator Need help getting started with assembling a set of bylaws? Based on the Venturing Standard Operating Procedures, one can fill in basic information and a set of bylaws can be generated. The VOA should carefully review these prior to any adoption and make appropriate changes so as to best fit the practices and organizational structure. These are only a suggestion, and a starting point for assembling bylaws for a VOA. For newly created Venturing Officers Associations a set of geverning documents is critical to everyone's understanding of their roles and the scope of the organization. Not only does this provide a structure, but it provides a foundation for the future so that the organization can continue on after the current officers move on. This tool can be used to create an adapted version of a set of by-laws that a council and/or district may use in getting such an organization started. This is only supposed to be a starting point. Through joint collobration between the youth officers and adult advisors, ammendments and changes to this document should be expected.
